Hi All,

Please look at the ride calendar for Sundays ride.
We are leaving Urunga at 8:00am and riding out to Crossmaglen before returning to Mylestom (Alma Doepel Park) for the AGM.

There is a good coffee shop at Mylestom so our thirst for coffee (Chai Tea ????) will be satiated while we mull over the past year, determine the next office bearers (….Bunnies) and 2017 !!!.

       3a: Price of annual fees 2017
4. Election of Office Bearers
5: General Business:
       Following Motions to be presented:

1. To change the constitution so that members may have a proxy vote – lodged with the secretary one week prior to any special meeting – not an AGM

2. Rescind that motion taken at the special meeting that our financial year will become July to June and leave it as Jan  to Dec.

3. Expand the weekday ride calendar to incorporate rides south (new Highway and Giinagay Way.
