Four seasons in one day during our Sunday ride from Urunga to Valla.
Taking the scenic route via the Urunga wetlands found us in a split group. All minus a rogue three went clockwise while our erstwhile three took the anticlockwise route. No convincing from those three that the main group were going the wrong way 😂
On to a swell outlook over Hungry Head then via Pearl Circuit for some 🦘 spotting, a whip around East West Rd and back for coffee at Valla.
Rain, wind and sunshine. No hail or Snow though.
A lovely 50-ish km ride with great buddies

Mullumbimby to Crabbes Creek rail trail rejected – but why?
Byron Shire Council say they were notified this week that a federal government grant application for the design and construction of the Mullumbimby to Crabbes Creek section of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail was unsuccessful.
What better way to spend Mother’s Day than riding to beautiful Bongil Bongil National Park for a BBQ lovingly arranged by the Spears family. For those who were able to join – and those off visiting their mothers or being visited by children and grandchildren – a very happy Mother’s Day from all of us DUBBUGers 🚴🏼
